We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (racial origin, political opinions, health, etc.).

Your data is processed exclusively by authorised Arboledas Notarios staff. It is neither sold, assigned, nor transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be communicated to competent authorities upon judicial or legal request.
Your data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. No transfer to a third country is carried out.

In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We undertake to respond within one month of receiving your request. For complex requests, this period may be extended by a further two months, after prior notice.
