A law graduate of the Complutense University of Barcelona and holding a doctorate in law from the University of Salamanca, Rubies joined the Notarial Corps in 1998. A recognized specialist in real estate law and international succession law, he has served as a speaker at the International Congress of Latin Notaries (Buenos Aires, 2019) and as a member of the General Council of Notaries' working group on succession law.
